Managing your shareholding
The Downer EDI Shareholder Centre, managed by Computershare, allows shareholders to manage their holding.
The types of services available include:
- Updating personal details, including Tax File Number;
- Changing Dividend Reinvestment Plan preference;
- Changing the way dividends are received; and;
- Requesting documents or statements.
Shareholders must provide their shareholder number (SRN/HIN) when making inquiries. This number is recorded on issuer sponsored and CHESS statements.

Downer shares are listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the code DOW. Shares can be purchased on the ASX through a registered stockbroker. If you do not already have a stockbroker, the Australian Securities Exchange offers a referral service.
Providing your Tax File Number (TFN) to Downer EDI is not compulsory. However, for shareholders who have not supplied their TFN, Downer EDI is required to deduct tax at the top marginal rate plus Medicare levy from unfranked dividends paid to investors resident in Australia.
