Suppliers are engaged by Downer’s operational and functional teams to support the delivery of projects and services across our business. Where a supplier is identified as a potential provider of goods or services, the relevant Downer representative will facilitate the commencement of the onboarding process through our supplier management system, Felix.

If you are invited to undertake the registration process, please carefully review the Procurement Supplier Requirements to ensure you meet the minimum standards expected of all suppliers.

Invitation to Felix

Where a Downer operational or functional team has identified your organisation as a potential supplier, a representative from Downer will arrange for an invitation to be issued through Felix.

The invitation process enables your organisation to establish a supplier profile and provide the information required for Downer to assess alignment with our business requirements, including the services offered, operational capabilities, and geographical coverage.

Sourcing to contract

To be formally recommended for contract award, your business must first complete the pre-qualification process within Felix. This step ensures that your organisation meets all compliance and operational standards required by Downer. As part of this process, you will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire and upload supporting documentation, including valid insurances, certifications, and other required credentials. The Source to Contract Supplier eBook is available to guide you through onboarding in Felix. Once all required information is reviewed and verified, your account will be moved to Approved status, and you will be notified accordingly.
