Register with Downer through our supplier management system, felix. By registering in felix, your business can gain visibility across Downer’s procurement network and potentially access a wide range of contract opportunities across multiple projects and sectors.

Registering in felix is the first step towards potential engagement with Downer, allowing us to capture your business details and assess alignment with our requirements, including services, scopes and geographical locations, both now and into the future.

Before you begin the registration process, please carefully review the Procurement Supplier Requirements to ensure you meet the minimum standards expected of all suppliers.

Register through felix

Once you’ve confirmed that your business meets the minimum requirements, you can then complete an expression of interest to supply to Downer through Felix. This is the first step toward accessing potential contract opportunities with Downer, and at this initial stage, Suppliers are only required to submit basic information under the Expression of Interest. This will enable your business to be visible and considered for upcoming procurement opportunities.

Sourcing to contract

To be formally recommended for contract award, your business must first complete the pre-qualification process within Felix. This step ensures that your organisation meets all compliance and operational standards required by Downer. As part of this process, you will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire and upload supporting documentation, including valid insurances, certifications, and other required credentials. The Source to Contract Supplier eBook is available to guide you through onboarding in Felix. Once all required information is reviewed and verified, your account will be moved to Approved status, and you will be notified accordingly.
