  • Building and property services
    Building fabric, roofing, cladding, electrical and mechanical services, air conditioning, flooring, glazing, grounds, life safety systems, access systems, fencing, pest control, asbestos survey and remediation, building warrant of fitness services and management
  • Critical infrastructure, equipment and networks
    Backup generators, uninterruptable power supply, electrical switch boards, sub stations and data centres.
  • Operations management
    Full 24/7/365 onsite operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure, data centres, telecommunications and 3 waters treatment and reticulation.
  • Open space management (OSM)
    Parks maintenance, reserves and sports fields, landscape planting and maintenance, roadside vegetation, urban beautification, storm response, tree and vegetation removal, street and walkway lighting, painting and minor repairs. Exterior cleaning, spot cleaning (glass, walls, floors, toilets), gum and graffiti removal, litter, rubbish collection and removal, floor scrubbing/ buffering/ vacuuming, water blasting, and bio-security services through Excell. 
  • Streetscape
    Sweeping, water-blasting, road marking, signage repairs, maintenance of asphalt and chip sealing. Artificial surfacing, installation and maintenance. Footpath, walkways and cobblestone areas.
  • Work management centre
    Downer operates a 24/7/365 Work Management Centre (WMC) that manages over 1,000,000 phone calls and 500,000 service calls per annum and has direct dispatch and reporting capability to on-call technicians nationally. We undertake alarm and equipment monitoring functions afterhours. Downer has 24/7/365 coverage of electrical, mechanical, plumbing 3 waters and building fabric disciplines that can meet after hours service response requirements.
  • Asset management
    Asset condition assessments, reliability and whole-of-life cost analysis to develop maintenance plans and capital replacement plans.
