HaulPac is a bitumen emulsion manufactured by Downer specifically to improve the quality, safety and sustainability of unsealed roads. Our HaulPac products are suitable for both local roads and mine and construction haul roads.

Local roads

HaulPac is used to bind the wearing course of unsealed local roads to prevent the loss of fines. Binding the top layer of roads with HaulPac provides a flexible surface that is not susceptible to cracking and water ingress. The key benefits for local roads include:
