Share. Learn. Connect is a series of conversational episodes featuring a different Downer guest speakers every month to talk about how to embrace difference through story telling.

They will share captivating and relatable stories of resilience and personal growth and reflect on pivotal moments in their personal and professional lives.

Storytelling is a powerful tool when learning about different lived experiences. Sharing experiences not only gives others an unparalleled insight into processes that they may not have experienced first-hand, but also help people to relate and realise they aren’t alone.

When we share our struggles, we start to notice that everyone - no matter how successful they might be - has something they had to overcome in their journeys. Our goal here is to create a space where Downer employees are able to share, learn and connect with each other.
